These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ChronoMarkets platform (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a binding contract, and not subject to sanctions or located in a restricted jurisdiction.

2. Account & Compliance

You agree to complete identity verification (KYC) and to comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing rules. We may suspend or restrict access at our discretion to protect account integrity.

3. Trading Programs

Trading credit, zones, withdrawal caps, and discipline rules are part of an evaluation program. Program parameters may change. Profit eligibility, withdrawal cooldowns, and net-deposit-based caps are described in the dashboard.

4. Risk

Trading carries substantial risk of loss. See our Risk Disclosure.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
